Salad is so insipid that the most ordinary of vinegars manages to pick it up, modestly, taste. Roasted vegetables? barely passed into oil, and frankly, with the best will of the world, raw eggplants, no thanks. dessert side, disappointment: a sandy too dry, very airy, topped with a pale grazing cream and very floury. there is no work on flavors, everything is assembled without research.
