"On the occasion of my chin holiday, we were invited by local friends in this restaurant that we already knew anyway, because every time we come this is part of our gastronomic half. What to say? dishes with high quality products and a selection of sabrina, the chef, who offers with love and professionalism. but rather, with the smile and kitchen just for him different dish .... excellent anchois frits stuffed ... calamars poached on cream of potatoes and saffron ... tagliolini of fresh pasta with very fresh redt ... excellent wine of fabio recommended ... the place? a wedding favor on the sea view ... is worth a visit if you come to chin."

The kitchen is good but not much in the plate, adding a little muscular, the service is simple but very correct. plan dessert flat entrance, but budget report.

We've just finished dinner here and this restaurant should be full to crack! The food was excellent, the attentive service. it is a small place with a limited menu but enough choice for all tastes. We'll be back.

prices displayed outside are not the same on the note. We are told that usually this is the price!? increase of 8 euros even on the note. I'm paid for 5 euros, not 8?..Here we try the scam. More ridiculously ridiculous amount in the plate, avoiding to be scammed.

the lady who welcomes us is very nice and calls the owner (who manages the kitchen) who prepares us two delicious fish dishes with delicious accompaniments. the place is small but the availability and warmth of the people who work there make it a great place it will be a stage for our return to chin

We fell on this restaurant while we were waiting for the return of friends of Italian. we did not have lunch but enjoyed a fantastic aperitif with blue cheese and drinks. The server was incredibly nice and even if we didn't eat a full meal there, we had excellent service and fabulous snacks. the location was also pleasant. We recommend this restaurant. Ver carta

excellent restaurant on the chin seafront. It is said that love and passion are essential for a good dish, but when it is added to ingredients of the highest quality and freshness, it creates a fantastic combination for the palace and for the view. the continuous search for new flavors based on the typical ingredients of the liguria make this small place an excellent jewel to try. the environment is very intimate and the elegant equipment. Room service is courteous and efficient.

small but well maintained environment. painful notes: not exhaustive and almost annoyed in front of a few details requested on à la carte dishes. from the drink, with regard to the water there is only the possibility to make it microfilter. come to the dishes we ordered 2 beans creams at the price of 20 euros room. which in three spoons were already over. as the feeling of being to jeun my partner had to order a plate of tagliolini to shrimp, of quality but still weak in portions. We got drunk with bread and gressin. moral 60 euros to be gone hunger!

"the location was attractive. a small picturesque square slightly in draw with a foliage and Mediterranean charm. the restaurant had an outdoor terrace but we decided to eat inside. rustic decoration well maintained. abundance of natural stones and plaster walls of rustic color, nice vaulted type ceiling and terracotta tile floor. We loved him. the kitchen was visible on the path of the toilet and everything seemed chief, busy and good omen. Unfortunately, it's the end of the good news. My wife chose to start with the anchovies leaf and I am the raw ham. The anchovie was not good. Very strange flavor. Too salty. hard dough background. My ham was cut too thick, making the meal difficult. I had to ask for olive oil and gem salt. certainly not the best ham I've had. no comparison with parma or iberico. disappointing. the main dishes were the fish pot and the spaghetti with ceps. Both were a disaster. The fish were cut off. filled with small but important bones. the two rather sad gambas were small and boiled to death. the portion of fish and the quality at the price were bad. Maybe the bisque was swept. The pasta was not good and we left them. we paid 72 euros for this and a very small glass of medium wine and a bottle of flat water. I think chin food is usually not good. French are rather complacent and seem to believe that their historical reputation is enough. Not if. the area is very frequented by tourists and I guess most are unlikely to return to the area, so they think they can get away with it. It's a shame and I couldn't recommend this restaurant. we visit the family regularly to chin, so we would like to find a decent restaurant at a reasonable price. even our family seems to have a bad time. Why? It's the france."

"Casarella used to be a Corsican restaurant. It is located in the old Roquebrune village and is a quiet and nice location, although not accessible by car.It has been sold a few months ago, and has reincarnated itself in an Italian restaurant, more precisely Neapolitan.I decided to give it a try after a friend's advice.Being an Italian, I am often wary of Italian restaurants abroad, but I went along and gave it a try. What I found was a typical Neapolitan menu, with the addition of a few other Italian classics (carbonara, pesto). We tried several things and were surprised by the quality. The pasta was impeccably cooked, the sauces were made with the best Neapolitan tomatoes, the grilled mozzarella was fresh.Even the carbonara, although not a Neapolitan dish, was faultless. We then carried on trying the meatballs (polpette), and found them to be exquisite. We then tried a Pastiera Napoletana which is a difficult dessert to prepare, and one of my favorites. It was perfectly executed. We were then offered a limoncello (lemon based sweet liquor) and found it thick enough to be the real thing, and not a usual washed out imitation.Prices were more than reasonable and quality and service were faultless. The wine list was quite correct and the wines are listed at reasonable prices.Congratulations to the chef and the team for what they did. It is not easy to open a restaurant in a medieval village: cars cannot access it, it is difficult to carry groceries and to receive deliveries. They were courageous to open in such a location, and in my book, they deserve the praise."
