"We were staying at the hotel and had made a reservation in the restaurant. We arrived at 19,00 and were among the evening’s first guests. My wife and I got a table in a corner, the restaurant’s absolutely least attractive table. We asked if we couldn’t get one of the other at least 10 to 12 unoccupied tables, but we were informed they were all reserved. Service was quite fast and the food was good, but during the meal we noticed that at least nine of the tables that were supposed to be reserved were still unoccupid during the evening. After finishing our meal we were completely ignored by the staff and the plates were not taken away. After waiting for more than half an hour we moved out to the terrace. Still no service, no waiter asking if we wanted coffee or anything else. Then we gave up and started to leave passing by the waitress to pay. We told her why we were disappointed. She asked the manager to come. When arriving he wasn’t the least interested in why we were dissatisfied. The reason why we couldn’t get a better table, we were told, was that they were reserved for regular clients who didn’t show up this evening. And why we were ignored? Because the staff gave priority to other guests. Our conclusion: Don’t come here if you are not a regular client or you just expect some good service if you happen to pass by this neighbourhood. We had been looking forward to a plesant evening and are still very disappointed. The fact that we got a reduction of the bill doesn’t make much of a difference."

Too bad the kitchen is deteriorating. So far everything was great, but the chalet's burgers were simply lousy and not worthy of this cuisine. Especially when we ask for 28€! I hope it doesn't stay like this.

Restaurant goes with hotel Les Alizés. They serve typical Alsace cuisine. The food was good. A bit too expensive for what's offered in my opinion. € 25-30 for a main course and € 10-20 for a starter. The staff is really friendly and the view is nice

We rediscovered the hotel's chalet and its new young and dynamic team. We were delighted that everything that made the spirit cottage was preserved. It's always as well, thanks to the fierce atmosphere. on the chalet menu; It is always a delight of quality and originality products for the pleasure of our taste buds. a very pro and very attentive service with a smile in addition. I hadn't had the opportunity to come back to lunch since the change of owners and it's done. the new team had the very good idea to keep everything that works. a warm, smiling and dynamic welcome, a map that I immediately recognized despite a few small retouches by ci, by this and the setting that I particularly affectionately and that makes the charm of the places. the cane fillet, cherry beer sauce was divine and dessert (a picon cup with beer ice, guimauve picon lemons confits) very original. I really had a great time and especially don't change anything because you have the recipe for success.
