"We were driving the back roads on our way back to Germany and came across this restaurant when we were tired and hungry. At first, I was a little concerned that we were not dressed appropriately as we were casually dressed for travel. This place...to me is a dress up place for special occasions. However, we were welcomed and totally enjoyed the meal. It was just what we needed after a long, exhausting day. We got the least expensive meal, not for the cost but because it came with a local sausage. Let me say now, the sausage was excellent. First course was a delicately flavored asparagus soup, followed by mushrooms in a puff pastry cup. We declined the cheese tray, which I'm not sure was included in our meal. Dessert was layers of chocolate, vanilla, and caramel on a cookie type crust. Everything was beautifully presented and the service was efficient and unobtrusive. For anyone interested, another specialty of the day was frog legs as it is the season Although this is not a or even a star restaurant, it is well worth searching out if you are in the area."

"Qualité de la viande à revoir ... pas tendre ; saveurs et épices pas transcendants (après comparaisons avec bien d'autres restaurants indiens) ; plus de pains nan en début de service (problème soit disant de gaz) ; terminale cb ne fonctionnait plus au moment du paiement et pour couronner le tout lieu en déménagement avec un décor complètement démonté (câbles électriques de l'ancien faux plafond démonté au dessus de nos têtes ...). Je veux bien qu'un établissement soit en plein déménagement, mais accueillir des clients dans un tel contexte de "bordel" me paraît quelque peu inaceptable et non professionnel, d'autant plus quand les plats ne compensent pas derrière !"

"a very good terrace. they serve to home made ice cream, sourdough brot and great cake. we looked from saut du doubs for a fast spin and a snack bacon bread in france, decided to skip the pretty boring hotel breakfast and came the next day. marmelade beurre and croissant au chocolat and two tees from loose leaves brewed served in a pot. the chic cakes look fantastic, service is friendly and fast and obviously the natives love it, with good reason."
