We prefer not to go 2-3 times in any restaurant to eat 1 time in Essential. "I expected better quality. I ordered a charade and the meat was full of fat. My husband loved his dish: the chef's board with an assortment of specialties. By booking I expected to have a good table but we were in the middle passage between the two rooms. Not bad. The restaurant is noisy. Especially in the first room. I didn't see the second, but it looked quieter. I would need a second experience to confirm that opinion. In the second room with a summer dish. So renew."

"Very medium kitchen, hot white wine, hot and dry houmous, frozen McCain fries sold as homemade fries cooked with beef fat. Very disappointing table from a quality point of view, with a bcp service too fast (required to slow down to not dine in 30 min) and no attention despite the gastro restaurant adjoining and belonging to the same establishment... despite the presence of the owner at the table next, who we hoped would have taken the time to question us about our disappointment that he had clearly seen. "I love the outside of this hostel that really makes a hostel!! or we still feel like we hear the horses, not the horses. I even find a bit of a shame that the bosses wanted to follow the current trends by changing the inside, but that's just a detail. The kitchen is simple and tasteful with it seems to me fresh products except certainly the dorade net which seems to me a little too well calibrated for not having been frozen but which does not spoil anything to the quality of the dish. As far as we are concerned, the welcome was very pleasant and even friendly with the patronage we spoke to about our beautiful country the france and its many gourmet tables. This restaurant is a good address to enjoy with simple cuisine and simple products.We will go back on it."
