Excellent brewery that I recommend to all in the historic center of Beaune for a formula to 25 euros report quality, price, unbeatable quantity.

A magnificent setting for this brewery, where the style has nothing to envy the quality of the kitchen. Genuine and very well prepared dishes, a traditional cuisine with a hint of madness. We asked to eat inside this restaurant in the form of a wide hallway where the staff would be able to serve the tables on the terrace, without much attention to the unknown guests of which we were. We took menus and enjoyed the contents of our plates but not at all the general atmosphere or rather the lack of atmosphere and warmth of this place that had yet been recommended to us. I put a special mention to the one that seemed to be the patron, to whom we asked for advice for the wines and who responded with a total indifference. We were three, we won't come back, there are fortunately a lot of beautiful restaurants!

Very fortunately to book a table of 3 this Sunday over holidays weekend in this great quality restaurant. We ordered 2 escargot for starters, and my husband ordered poach eggs on white wine. Needless to say the poach eggs cook perfectly , once you break the eggs.. the golden yolks just melted into the Chardonnay sauce-, everything ate with spoon finished off with French bread around the bottom of the dish. Coq au Vin were all sold, we were the last table to be order . my husband order the duck breast 3rd meals on duck during this trip) It came with slices of juicy duck breast topped with the red wine sauce.
