we came here for our wedding party. great menu options. good prices attentive friendly staff. steak cooked for perfection right in front of them over an open flame highly recommended

Petit restaurant avec cheminée ,très agréable et très bon accueil. Prix raisonnable aussi bien menu ou à la carte. Viande très tendre. Gambas à la plancha avec riz aux champignons délicieux. Ver carta

menu raisonnable, pas de chichiici on fait de la cuisine avec des produits bons.une plancha avec 3 poissons différents, vous trouvez ca ailleurs vous ?allez-y les yeux fermés, ca commence à partir de 13 euros.

ratio qualite prices correct room meals really very good and friendly welcome only small apartment very disappointed by breakfast no juice of fruit or croissants but especially the bread of the meal of the day before! damage

Unfortunately we have to have hit the wrong night as the keule serve/boil was almost overwhelmed, the steaks were mostly gristle fat, what meat there on them was very hard. I hope it was just one thing, but I'm not going back there. I would not recommend this restaurant. Ver carta

Trouver un menu à 12.50 € un samedi soir avec entrée plat et dessert c'est difficile mais quand il y a en plus un accueil charmant, une bonne qualité et présentation des mets, des p'tites attentions tel qu'un p'tit carambar avec le café,que demander de plus.Les clients qui ne s'en sont pas contentés, se sont trompés d 'adresse, c'est le prix d'un menu de routier mais avec une cuisine et présentation plus recherchée, et un accueil et déco tout à fait différent, pas un 4 étoiles. En plus d'un accueil irréprochable, et de la grande sympathie des propriétaires, on y trouve des menus simples et très abordables, du poisson frais du jour et des grillades au feu de bois dont les cuissons sont parfaites. Je recommande le foie gras maison qui est sublimement préparé et la sauce d'accompagnement au camembert qui est excellente. Les frites ne sont certes pas maison mais cuites comme il faut (genre buffalo grill) Les desserts sont basiques mais vu le prix des menus c'est justifié. en bref : bon, copieux, pas cher et bon accueil, ce qui en fait une bonne adresse

We visited Le Colquin twice during a weeks camping nearby. The proprietor was very friendly and welcoming and our dog was welcome too. There are a series of very good value fixed price menus to choose from, all good value and all offering a choice...of fish and meat. We went for a fishy feast first time....a cassoulet of berlingots to start, oysters, moules frites and a flat fish cooked a la plancha. All excellent....the flat fish wasn't the most interesting of fish but nicely cooked. On our second visit we went for the oysters again....they were so good and followed up with steak cooked over the wood fire in the dining room. Fantastic.
