"passé devant un midi, pas évident a trouver on le confond avec une maison, intérieur agréable, ressemblant a un vrai resto, formule du jour choisi a 14.90€, faut retourner bosser rapidement et léger, repas très agréable et bon , ca sent la cuisine travaillée avec des produits frais.un cuisto qui est la fierté de l' artisanat, faut si arrêter pour une halte, ou pour prendre le plaisir de la table"

"Lovely Normandy restaurant, fairly close to my sisters home and about 20 minutes from Giverny. The Restaurant Gabriel looks “French” from the outside but more Scandinavian modern in the inside with one large room with 60’s wood and Formica tables. Though the room is large it is quite and somehow manages to feel intimate with 60-70s music playing softly in the background. The service was impeccable and the presentation very pleasing to the eye. They promote the products of the region through local producers so everything is fresh. We were each served a delicious cold green pea soup served in a parfait glass. I ordered one of their Menu options, they have several along with a few Ala Cart options. My starter was a shrimp cocktail, again presented beautifully and very tasty. My pork dish was divine and presented on a bed of an incredible chopped mushroom dish. My menu included the appropriate wine accompaniment, which was the only disappointment of the evening – light not full bodied. My sister ordered the filet mignon, again the presentation was lovely however she found the meat touch (she thought it fresh beef rather than aged). Her starter was an absolutely fantastic Foie gras. My brother-in-law’s selection was the steak tartare which he said he would order again. Another lovely evening in Normandy. Price range 30E to 75E including wine."

"Its serves traditional french food of a better than average quality and the service is also better that average, however despite its name, don't expect to be overwhelmed by the number of fish dishes, salmon, cod and coquille st Jacques, nothing special.The only real problem for me is that it seems only to attract the older customer at 60, I was probably the youngest by quite a few years. What's happened to the rest of the population?"

"there was accidentally stopped because we didn't want to eat on autoroute a13. only a few miles from here is the city gaillon. chose the restaurant because we saw that it was a fleeting business with what seemed native. we took a place outside. the owner who speaks very little English was polite. the prices were very reasonable and that was excellent. there were 6 of us and all were happy with the meals. the desserts were made home by the owner and were all delicious. as a final touch, the owner brought us a free calvados for those who wanted a drink after eating. most thoughtful. taking into account everything, a big random sound. our compliments to the man who owns the place!"

"Mariage d'Elodie et Edouard en ce 12 AOUT au manoir des Foulons dans les Yvelines.Somptueuse prestation servie, du début jusqu'à la fin. Cocktail grandiose. Poisson succulent, pièce de boeuf fondante avec une sauce aux truffes digne de ce nom, un merveilleux Paris/Brest, je n'énumère là que l'essentiel. Un personnel affable, courtois, souriant, une présentation irréprochable, du grand art, vraiment.Un chaleureux merci à toute l'équipe de la part des mariés, des parents (je suis l'heureux papa) et de tous les convives. Une fois n'est pas coutume, mon avis ressemble plus à un chaleureux remerciement...Futurs mariés, n'hésitez pas, ce traiteur est grandiose... Je n'avais qu'une fille à marier, je ne croiserai sans doute jamais plus la maison ERISAY aussi ce avis est empreint de gratitude et déjà de nostalgie."
