Second visit to this place worth the detour. quality and freshness of the products, excellence of the chef, all in a very pleasant and professional atmosphere with a new card. high-end at very reasonable prices. Run!

good gustative experience to a correct quality/price ratio (for alès) ! the portions are fairly copyy overall, the flavours at the rendezvous! small rather original card with truffle for amateurs. an address I recommend on alès!

Good little meal one night in the middle of a week. we opted for the gourmet menu at 35€. dishes are refined, cooking arrangements and techniques also. Small flat, I find that we did not feel the taste of the truffle in the juice that accompanied the paved calf but the plate remained very good.In conclusion, a nice address.

superb restaurant with the desired decoration (the noble wooden tables and beautiful seats, finished the high tables and the low chairs)! beautiful kitchen with high quality products, the chef shows an incredible imagination and skills! it changes the menu every month, to adapt to seasonal products and offer us different dishes! the service is pleasant and very professional! 2nd visit on June 2 at 7:30 p.m. in the patio! with my companion there will be a third!

Having eaten and the Epices et Tout the previous evening we decided to book the Duo for the following evening. Fortunately we had booked as although this is a large restaurant it was fully booked and there were many potential clients turned away. We could not believe that we had been lucky enough to find two excellent restaurants on our two night stay in Ales, en route to Montpellier. The atmosphere was really good even though it was such a large establishment and although the young waitress was very busy she had plenty of time to help us choose and was pleasant and helpful at all times.
