We are looking for a restaurant in this summer noon and our choice will stop on the gastronomic workshop that has been referred to the michelin guide. the outdoor terrace is vast and quiet what is pleasant. we prefer a local beer before the meal that is the cornice a homemade beer of touraine, excellent and welcome by the heat that reigns today. we opt for a formula of 21 euros with a flat entrance in the flan entrance of the holy maure of curcuma, black ribbon and perfectly successful confit tomatoes, a beautiful entry in matter. in a honey lamb mouse and rosemary with its crushed potato, chicken back with ginger and kari with its vegetables of the moment. It is not only well presented but very tasted all obviously accompanied by a half-Roman... to conclude an excellent restaurant where it makes good eating in good mood."
