"this was our first time back in le perolles in its new position (in the beautiful petit perolles over several paintings). we went to lunch and had a very tasty and beautifully presented menu du marché. the atmosphere and the ambience...was great, the staff was very professional, but at the same time very friendly and welcoming. we loved the look of the tasting menu and look forward to try the return again!"

Very well situated in the city this Michelin star restaurant always serve great food, good service done by Denis and other team members, always a nice word from the chef and the business lunch menu is very well served for a reasonable price. Wine list...large and also some wines by the glass and the maitre d'hotel will tell you what to take. A must in Fribourg!
