Discover the neighborhood... reservation at the last minute... but what a surprise!!! Very good reception, warm room. The dishes, from the entrance to the dessert are really amazing surprises in tastes and chords. Very well guided in dishes and wines... it was a really nice experience with family!!! Meals four, holiday watch. Flats quite correct, but garnish a little just. Did I ask the boss if he knew the origin of his place name? He didn't know and I taught him that the Carron is the white fat lard that is on the back of the pigs raised in the countryside and consumes in thin slices. Nice presentation. 3 missing menus on the map, almost half (short supply told us the server To my taste, there was too much fig in the resistance dish, and dessert too sweet. The bread, or rather the cookie was complicated to eat, and to break (very hard). Mixed experience. 2 out of 5 people enjoyed their dishes.
