Very good fine and hearty cuisine. Pleasant frame.The boss is in the kitchen and comes to see us in the room and the lady is in service and is very reactive.They are both very pleasant.No waiting. I highly recommend.

We organized a family meal for 26 people, the 80th anniversary of Mom... Everything was perfect... from beginning to end. Le presseé de Garbure en entry... unexpected, original and very good, Le plat de Merlu was delicious, La marquise au chocolat top... A real good restaurant in Tarbes, with a great welcome...
