Tout. Le cadre typiquement parisien, les plats végétaliens qui revisitent les plats traditionnels français en version végétale, leur bourguignon est à tomber. Par contre, il faut prendre rendez-vous car c'est toujours plein. Le service est super.

Je rêvais de pouvoir manger un jour une soupe à l’oignon vegan, c’est désormais chose faite! Elle était excellente et copieuse, on ressort sans avoir faim. Attention il vaut mieux réserver le week-end car l’endroit est vite victime de son succès!

This restaurant, located in the Marais district of Paris, is in my opinion a hidden gem. It is around the corner from a small lively intersection. I was entering the restaurant a little close to closing time, but decided to test my luck anyways. The employee at the door happily sat me down and gave me the recommendation on the menu, which is what I went with. I found the soup to be better than the lasagne, but was very happy with both. I was stuffed by the time I had finished the soup. Sadly, not pictured here is the desert I had, but it was fantastic.
