Excellent service, especially breakfast... the soundproofing or heating of the rooms leaves something to be desired.

A great night! An extra welcome!!! We were made to feel at home by extremely kind and helpful staff! Thank you Malika and her team! Attentions for my daughter at breakfast, small gifts etc... Fresh, hearty and varied breakfast. I highly recommend.

Hotel located close to the centre. No parking at the hotel but a public parking nearby. The rooms are correct though a little dark. The service is good, but the service at the very slow bar. Slightly disappointed by the breakfast that would deserve a little in a hotel that wants a little higher standing.

a surprise hotel because from the outside it does not pay a mine but once inside, exceptional reception. the rooms are spacious and clean. The pool/spa space is great. I can see it was renovated. the steam room was missing but the sauna was pleasant. Everything is clean. Breakfast is very good and very hearty without a buffet!

Here is a very friendly hotel in Colmar, for the Christmas market, with what to do in the relaxation area (piscine, sauna) after visiting the city (charmante). We had booked on Booking, and we were overclassed and we were even given a reduced fare to go to the Issenheim retable, the purpose of our stay. The rooms are honest.
