Good restaurant specializing in abats. Many choices for a reasonable price, but the plates are not quite copyy. I took the Stan menu at 20,50€ with a potimarron velvet, in a dish a waffle of potatoes with bacon and munster, and dessert of the lost bread. Ver carta
