Again I wandered in without reading reviews and am glad that I did. The restaurant was a good spontaneous choice. I just had a light entree and nice glad of Bruilly. Perfect choices for a blazing hot day. I would gladly come back as the entire experience was pleasant. Ver carta

A nice restaurant where the dishes are rather good, especially the lentils in the entrance. The aligot sausage is also not bad even if the agot was a little warm. Super service with a warm welcome! A high price quality ratio (which explains the 3 stars, in addition to some details).

We only went here because it was right down the street from another restaurant that turned out to need reservations. The service was slow, not in a relaxed French kind of way, but in an inefficient, unhelpful manner. The appetizers were good- I really liked my foie gras. They had a fair wine selection. The main courses were not as good. I got the meat risotto, and from the description I assumed there would be little pieces of meat cut up into the risotto. Instead, there were two whole sausage links just plopped on top! This made it difficult to cut and eat. All of us felt like our meals were good, but too rich, heavy, and hard to eat. I wouldn't recommend this place, with so many other good...

After finishing our errands we decided to try this corner brasserie. The chalk board outside advertised oysters and interesting starters so we ordered starters for lunch. We sat outside since it was a lovely Spring day (April 11.)We started with two orders of a half dozen oysters. The waiter served us what we asked for - baguette and butter (instead of rye bread and chopped onion in vinegar, which is customary.) We then chose 2 more starters - sautéed white asparagus, and a Tiramisu of smoked salmon and avocado. The Tiramisu was a deep glass cup with layers of mashed avocado with a slightly hot spice (very like Guacamole) and substantial layers of smoked salmon. We downed it all with a half... Ver carta
