"The young lady who served me was very friendly, but either inexperienced or not particularly capable, as she was easily ovewhelemed with the most basic requests (even though my French is more than adequate). Overall things took a very long time. The view from the terrace was very good, but the interior was not particularly comfortable. The food (I had "Ravioli Loup Sauvage" was alright, but I made the schoolboy error of not asking about the sauce....which was simply loads of butter, cream and chives, and the portion size was really very small. Only one wine of each colour available from the glass, all three from the same producer, making simple IGP wines even though they produce in the Bandol AOP zone. It was a bit pricey, but where is it not in this part of the country?"

We visit Le Castellet, and walking in the village we just pass close the restaurant, I have seen the menu and the ambient, then we came back for dinner.Excellent service, food and wines don't miss to have your lunch or dinner outside in the terrace.

Beautiful frame, but we didn't see anything on the side. the kitchen is too concentrated on the fish soup there are in all dishes, in addition it is full of green flies that is very unpleasant when you eat small strawberries. The price does not justify the meal.

Very pleasant Valentine Day's dinner with our 2 adult sons to celebrate our 30th anniversary. A set menu of which I had the lobster asparagus cold soup, fish tartar of sea loup, scallops with an asparagus risotto and a three desert assortment taster. Nice local wines and friendly staff. It was a full house that night. Ver carta

Four years ago we had a splendid lunch there - very good food, nice and friendly service, warm atmosphere. We decided to invite our friends for lunch now. The decoration and the ambiance of the restaurant is completely changed! Loud music, strange decoration (for example - moving bubbles of water or light (?) on the wall, making people nervous), service in some way professional, but you don't feel they are friendly. And we waited and waited and waited. The starters were very good (tartare de bœuf), fish was correct. Everything was very sophisticated.

What a shame. this restaurant can enjoy this exceptional setting and can make good and beautiful dishes. but then a very pretty brunette who knows nothing but talk in a dry and smileless way, a waiting service to never finish and the top never seen thirty green flies that accompany our dishes and go from our plates to our glasses. pleasure is not here, so you have to juggle not to swallow a fly and disappointment for our wines glasses that flies end up in. a special olive bottle at 59 euros. that gachisa examines certain rates. a sup fry 8 € gourmet coffee 15 € etc. We did not find the pleasure we had during our last visit, we simply add ourselves without apology, without regret of the manag...

"I am a regular customer at the bistro, the farm inn and the counter. It has always been faultless in your establishments, very pleasant staff, more than remarkable food, a beautiful wine list and of course the setting which is idyllic.. Last night it was a disappointment for me when I arrived at the bistro. A new butler, bordering on unpleasant, who doesn't even take the trouble to listen to us (a pointless back and forth). We arrive and an orange planned for the evening (4am) the exterior was not prepared, I hear that sometimes it is better to play the safety card so as not to run in full service for a downpour. Sitting on the terrace for an aperitif, we order a bottle of Chablis. I asked the butler if it was possible to have the menu of. I couldn't finish my sentence as he left with an annoyed look and was out of luck for him, he brought me the menu (on a slate) whereas if he had taken the trouble to listen to me. He would have brought me the menu of dishes to share. Before the bottle and the slate of dishes to share arrive we consult the menu. And a clear change on the dishes on the menu, only two choices. A pizze or a poultry supreme zucchini in all its variations, so for our part, when we come to you it’s not to eat pizza. It’s a real change from the beautiful pork pluma and the other dishes previously offered. A very nice waiter brings us the bottle and tells him that we are leaving the establishment being disappointed with the menu and with this maître d’. But we will come back all the same, to the farm inn to be received much better. We leave the table, come across this famous very unpleasant gentleman (who was not aware of our conversations with the waiter), we say goodbye to him. Without even blinking, did not try to find out the reason for our departure, reminded us that as room manager... it is part of his duties to worry about customer relations. I'm giving it three stars, because out of a good ten meals in less than a year, this was the only problem I encountered with you. Being in the profession, I know that it is difficult to hire in the catering industry at the moment and sometimes have to accept unprofessional people.
