"back to sapphire after 2 years of absence I rediscovered with great pleasure the restaurant. a very good reception, a very pleasant setting and a delicious and hearty cuisine. couscous was absolutely delicious with a perfect meat accompaniment. the portion you see on my pictures was for one person, that is to say that I came out of the restaurant by not hungry anymore: for the drink a small glass of the typical Sidi brahim was perfect and even if I ordered a 1/2 bottle I took the bottle home to taste the rest quietly at home later. for dessert a gourmet coffee was perfect with its lemon sorbet and oriental patisserie. Bravo, don't change anything and keep going."
