"We loved the place, outdoors as an interior. From the entrance of the site, the journey begins, between slate and greenery. Without extravagance but with subtlety the chef sublimates the products and everything is tasty from beginning to end. "We visited here as a party of four and pre-booked a table. On the day we visited they were extremely busy at 1pm, however our table was ready.Probably due to this fact service was extremely slow, we chose a two course menu of main and dessert and eventually a waiter took our order for both courses.The restaurant setting us very nice and we didn't feel overcrowded, even though it was full. My wife and I had the chicken which was pan fried with fried potatoes and tinned processed peas, portions were on the small side but adequate.We had to wait a long time for both courses, however we weren't in a hurry.Unfortunately two of the previous desserts ordered had run out so different desserts were chosen.Two drinks, four two course meals came to 51.4 euros so it was fairly priced. We believe booking is recommended and only visit if you are not in a hurry."

"We went for dinner and even though we arrived early there were many table that were already reserved. The menu is quite vast and they have a lot of choices. I found the crepes good but nothing special. I have had much better in my...20 years in France. I also thought they were on the expensive side. I didn't care for the decoration, no charm for a crêperie in a wonderful little town like La Gacilly. They could have made more effort. That said, this is still obviously a very popular place in town. So much so that the service was unbearable by the end. They literally forgot about us and I had to chase down my second dessert crepe more than 30 minutes after the first one and then had to go up to the cash register in order to get our bill as we were forgotten again."

"We had a good lunch at Les enfants gat'thés. The restaurant is offering a couple of vegan options and you can order a vegan menu. The food is good and creative (inspired by Japan, spices, fresh herbs, nuts etc. . I recommend the lentil salad. Plus: the food is often organic, local and seasonal... and the place itself is very nice (garden etc. . We would recommend Les enfants gat'thés. Updated from previous review on 2023-09-11"

"Many have mentioned the crepes/galetts --- but the salads were quite nice, too. My wife had one with smoked salmon, duck and ham --- and while that might sound a little strange, it was actually quite good (we shared.) Me, on the other hand, went the crepe route, and was not disappointed. Our French could have been better than it was, but we had no problem ordering. The house wine was good and reasonable, and the service was efficient and friendly. It's on the rue Lafayette, a pedestrian only walkway containing a few other eating establishments and artists' shops, and while it was too chilly the day we were there to sit out side, they have a nice patio that is unaffected by traffic. All in all, and nice place to eat."
