Very good location! the room is clean and warm. ti flat on the shower not too hot. Very charming place. The restaurant is great. Very nice staff. pleasant stay, to recommend!

Great value. Mountain view. Beautiful lake nearby. Bus stop just across the street. Easy to go to center. Breakfast all you can have, they provide unlimited bread,madeline, cereal, coffee machine, butter, milk and yogurt and teabags. There is also microwave if you want reheat food.

English establishment with cool welcome, envelope available to our name. small nice room with a view of the needle and the white mountain. breakfasts at will. Restaurant in the evening excellent, the staff is really welcoming and professional with whom we have been able to meet a little despite their work to provide...Very good memory. !!! Ver carta

friendly staff, but not very present and speaking difficultly French (hotel mainly held and receiving English) original and well located meals, direct city center with free bus line (thank you to the town hall of chamonix to offer this service to the tourists) unfathomed shower just the hot renovation in progress, so can be better in a certain time

Spent a week in chamonix, stayed here for 3 nights and came to bar on all the nights I was camping elsewhere. Amazing place, comfortable beds, really friendly staff, great breakfast, decent free coffee. When I visit chamonix again I'll definitely try get a room here again! Oh yeah and loads of awesome doggos!! Edit: came back to chamonix a month later and came to bar/eat here. Much busier and staff were still amazing and food was great.

Hard working staff and very friendly. The food was good in general but dry at times. i think too much was taken on to maintain the high standards these guys were hoping to achieve for xmas lunch. Clearly whoever is running the kitchen is talented and can create some excellent dishes, but I think was let down by the size of the job. Wasn't keen on getting food on a conveyor belt and a lot of waiting. We will definitely return again amd look forward to tasting what they have to offer when not so busy. On the whole a nice Xmas lunch. Ver carta
