Excellent kitchen. It's absolutely delicious, gastronomic! already quoted in the guides! in all friendship: get a star: improve the dress presentation of the boss and waiters. and limit to the strict presence necessary in the room of those who are not indispensable: too much agitation and their presence is febrile. improve the map on the site. We are never disappointed when we decide to come to the yachtman for dinner. reception is hot and the perfect service. Each time, there are other suggestions more creative than others. the products are of an absolute freshness finger of a wing of raie and roasted bacon merlu the desserts are at least as succulent as the dishes the 3 chocolates way millefeuille hot chocolate sauce and what to say wine? we have tasted a prestigious novi mas 2011 quite exceptional for a very reasonable price. very good value for money.

I dined here as part of a group of 7, and the whole experience was really excellent. The food combinations and flavours and textures were really well thought through and assembled, down to small details like pouring sauces at the table so the textures were crisp where they were planned to be. Every dish choice was excellent. The wine was lovely, although for the overall standard of the restaurant I’m surprised it wasn’t more extensive. The staff were very friendly, patient with us when we were delayed on arrival and helped with organising taxis the next day, plus very professional in their table service. Ver carta
