Yesterday we ate at Le Gram and were amazing at the quality of food and the incredible service. Having a 4 x course meal beautifully curated from start to finish accompanied by a cleverly suggested glass of red, we left very happy !!! Lovely homely atmosphere and well priced food. Very nice and alternative place, finally something different with a Berlin/London touch. I have been there 2 times, for a Sunday brunch during the summer on their terrasse and for dinner during winter. Loved the vibe, the delicious local food, and the very friendly staff. They also got natural wine! Will definitely come back for my next trip to Lausanne (and maybe have the chance to try their yoga class or pop up at their vinyl shop)! Ver carta

We came for brunch, and had a soft boiled egg and a slice of brioche jam. Very good but too expensive. 10. a slice of brioche and 12. a soft boiled egg, frankly : … yes they are local products but it’s still bread and eggs. Products from the region are not made of solid gold. And if they are forced to sell an egg at this price, there is a problem with the business model. Eating healthy and local should remain accessible. I found it very boho good but I wouldn't come back.

The factory restaurant is trendy, lovely interior and staff is welcoming. Menu is certainly creative and innovative but the size of our cheesecake left us wanting. Fine to be offering gourmet cuisine but I would recommend making an effort to provide a more indulging portion of dessert for 8 CHF or add some sides (e.g ice cream scoop). Bio drinks also on the expensive side ... 10 CHF for bottled bio cider! Asking for bread we also got just 2 slides of it (again be slightly more generous).

The Gram is my favorite place to hang out. The staff is super friendly: Teddy, Paul, and the others always make us feel like at home, they are like a family! The new chef is incredible, she has the gift to improvise amazing recipes out of fresh and local products, always surprising me. The biergarten is perfect for all seasons, and the tap beers and natural wines (always new things to taste) have a great taste for their cheap prices. Lastly, if you go to the second floor, you will find Oscar Conway’s great hang out place and Vinyl store (LeGram Vinyl Garden), with always new licorice pizzas for a very cheap price. Ver carta
