And since you do not wish to answer on the merits, I simply ask you this question: Asking politely and kindly if you have a table available for dinner in your restaurant deserves to be answered on an aggressive and haughty tone, without even a good evening. We've been thrown out as bad things by the person in charge of the service tonight. It's not deserved or acceptable! Being also my business manager, I reiterate to you that you have a lot of things to review on your customer relationship, because each customer contact is an opportunity to give a good or bad picture of his establishment, whether you are able to access where not to a customer's request.
