"Calling all vegans!!!! You really must try this place if you ever crave vegan fish and chips and loads more. Was staying 7 miles away for weekend and was worth the drive. Extensive vegan menu, never seen so many vegan options in a fish and chip shop before, was amazed to see vegan mixed non-meat kebab so had this with chips and a pea fritter. My mother who is not vegan had haddock and chips. The staff are so friendly and interact with customers and the owner even asking how she liked the batter on her fish. Vegan stuff wrapped and marked with a cute vegan sticker and they will put in seperate carrier bags. Well all i can say is that the vegan kebab was amazing and the pea fritter was massive, really genrous portion sizes and really good prices. Was so good went back again the next night and had the vegan mixed kebab in a nan with salad and a box of vegan doner to take home for my son to try, it was again amazing and a really big portion, my mother had the chicken kebab and said it was delicious. I would give this place a 10/10 for food, service and staff. Will be back again in the summer. P.S thanks for letting me try the battered avacado with black salt which was really good. WIsh i didnt live nearly 3 hours away as I would become a regular customer!"

Had a wonderful experience here as a household that doesn’t even animal products ordered the vegan beast box and it was incredible. Highly recommended, particular the vegan chicken tikka!

Vegan selection is absolutely amazing and worth the travel for us! The staff are lovely and always make you feel so welcomed and the food NEVER disappoints! The vegan battered sausage is my recommendation!!

We have been having fish and chips from here for a while, tonight we were very disappointed. My husband can’t eat the batter so we take it off, there was very little fish it was all batter. It was like it was cut in half lengthwise.

The fish these days fish cost a small fortune which I don't mind paying if its nice . However it was so thin and batter was really soggy .The fish has obviously been cut that way to maximise profits in these hard times . However my hard earnt money won't be going here no more . Check the fish before buying it is all I'm saying .

Lush food, travelled far from Manchester when staying nearby as they offered a wide range of vegan food. I was not disappointed and will be returning again. I had the vish and chips made from pea protein with sides of peas and gravy, the batter was lovely and crispy, we also ordered the beast burger and chips which was full of flavour and we were given a complementary chorizo sausage which had a nice peppery kick and as you can see not much left of it before I remembered to take a photo, it was all very yummy

We placed a lunch time order today for over 20 people today. Each order was indivudual and included vegan and gluten free requests. From start to finish the service was fantastic. The owner was very accommodating and made sure our order was freshly prepared and ready on time to collect. The food itself was very good. We had absolutely no issues with any of the food being incorrect and each order was prepared exactly as requested. And the portions were very generous! We were so pleased that we chose Leon's for our team lunch. Thank you.
