Friendly staff! Exceptional view!! Delicious dishes and prepare your cb it heats, but it's worth the price

Great place, magnificent view of the sea from above, great food, very friendly staff. Creative and finest cuisine. Everything at the highest level. Definitely a place to come back.

We have lunch with my husband at the ramparts last Friday. Come without reservation, the hotel master was great and found us a table near the edge with a top view! We enjoyed ourselves, service to the top!!! I recommend. Thanks to the whole team Ver carta

Second time in this establishment and a very good time with family Kitchen and welcome perfect. Suggestion of spaghetti with excellent lobster, large portion. Just can be a flat for the fries that accompany the hamburger of fish: frozen fries that denotate the rest.

I came with my father after a visit to the exotic garden, We were lucky that a table cancelled his reservation because we could have a table without a resa, The view is superb nothing to say, The meal was succulent from one to z. The staff was hot. I highly recommend

Coming on September 17 for our wedding anniversary, we had lunch at the ramparts, where we enjoyed an exceptional view. With an excellent meal (fish sauce, lamb shoulder and gambas) a big thank you to Maxime the sommelier for his precious help. In short, a meal in a magical atmosphere, thanks in particular to our Ismael server and the director and his humor. Thank you so much.

What a disappointment! after being served by the site for six hundred euros of bank prints (when by post the restaurant reception told us that it was complete we arrived and had a table whose view was on the toilet doors we asked if it was possible to have a table along the glass windows or the view is exceptional and we were told what bait of the night it was born! and when our part we made the opinion that the responsible person felt the ardour and made the most dsagrable! also the service does not keep the view height from far!

The dishes are really delicious. It's Arnaud Faye, head of the starred restaurant that runs the kitchen. Likewise, pastries are pastry chef. It is very expensive (25€/wine glass) but there is something more than in a classic restaurant. Ex: bar net with citrus fruit. The kitchen is at the top level. It's a big maneuver. The service is professional and without any fault. Still it changes servers that work in most restaurants. Here, we see they did a hotel school. There's even a sommelier. Everything is well organized and locked. Moreover, all speak well English, which is rare in France. Finally, the view is spectacular!
