"The food was good, but that was about it. We were sat in a cold, drafty room at the front, our neighbour being an empty table on which a plastic bucket was collecting water dripping from the ceiling. An empty bar stood nearby, while two waiters would visit occasionally, as mostly busy to look after the by the look of things roomier and nicer space across a small courtyard. We were made to wait more than 1 hour between the starter and the main course, at which point our appetite was all gone. A dreary experience."

Exceptional food, nice ambience, staff very pleasant and helpful when you explain the menu in English. Excellent selection of different wines from the region highly recommended for a first class restaurant in Poitiers

Nothing exceptional, the price is not justified. Furthermore, we were relegated to the entrance of the restaurant and not to the main room with a warmer style. Lunch on February 10, 2024 Arrival at 12:30 p.m. aperitif served at 1:15 p.m. à la carte main course and dessert Exit from the restaurant at 3:30 p.m. 3 hours for that!!! The chef had to take an RTT that day because the quality of the dishes was more than average, great disorganization of the service. After several reminders, we even had to go to the bar to get our bottle of Abatilles ordered upon our arrival. This is not how you can claim to be starred!!! Too bad.
