"The place is really very cool. A fantastic atmosphere with warm low lights, tables made of rough wood and grass on many walls. We were welcomed with a cup of champagne with mint and cucumber. Very unique. I took an asparagus soup. Very good and nicely served. A friend of mine took a caprese salad made with fresh tomato and mozzarella with one leaf of basil and a touch of balsamic vinegar (if you wish). I come from the land of mozzarella, so I did not believe to myself when I taste it. For sure a must-eat dish.As main course I've chosen the salmon, following the suggestion of the kindest waitress I've ever met in Germany. It was majestic. Thick, soft, served on a bed of sauerkraut. A combination, let me say, bold, however I loved it so much. At least we ended up with an espresso, the menu told us from biological agricolture, what I can say that is most probably the best espresso in 100km, so maybe it is good to come even only for drink a real Italian tasting espresso (made with an Italian professional coffee machine, no Nespresso or Starbucks black soups!). The only small false note during this exciting "food journey" was the need to pay cash for a credit card machine problem, nothing that can be solved with a spare one, I guess. Price per person was around 60 euros with wine and some of us took desserts. Don't miss Life! Live to tell."
