"You rarely find a load in which so much heart blood, conviction, authenticity and love is stuck. The type has on it, eating is awesome. Even in the capital (zbsp: mr.vuong, district môt) you will not find more authentic vietnamesen.Gut, the standard dishes that all want it to offer also. but around worlds (!) better than these 0815 vested "chicken with rice and lots of sauce" asiates... the absolute hit are his weekend specials from Thursday to Sunday. every week something new. if you dare (or you have long been looking for it) you will find specialities from vietnam as they cannot be more authentic. who doesn't try his pho himself. you will get a better one in a circle of 600km.Why do I know that? because he is crazy and no reasonably thinking gastronome can afford it in Germany to give so much effort for his product. at least no one has convinced me of the opposite."

Good weekend specials. Sushi was good but I do wish for a little more wasabi. Good quality but sometimes you want quantity too. The many Vietnamese dishes they offer are great, quite authentic.

Delicious, healthy, authentic Vietnamese food at a very fair price. Always very friendly service at this small family restaurant. I have been there at least 10 times in the past year and have never been disappointed. Ver carta

This is a small bistro on the outskirts of the downtown, little bit hidden, so after more than one year after opening it is still waiting for more customers. And I hope they come soon, because this is really good place to eat. Food is excellent and authentic. Owners are very friendly and communicative, so you feel welcome and enjoy the visit. Ver carta

was surprised at a spontaneous visit with friends positiw. with 8 people was also quickly half the load full.Haben wildly sushi and other dishes ordered that were also visually classy each time.Pricely worth the money. In the meantime, guests came over and over again who came home with something. it never felt like sitting in a quick snack.Slung combination of takeaway and small restaurant.

"Holiday, nice weather and still what to do in Kaiserslautern. We planned our start in Kaiserslautern with a light lunch. We visited Ayame for the first time 3 years ago. It is located in the former JVA Kaiserslautern, which was converted a few years ago into the Hotel Alcatraz. A Japanese restaurant fits well here, because the Japanese garden borders directly on the building. We have free parking in the courtyard. Schlichter hotel entrance, only hidden hints at the restaurant The way to the small restaurant leads past the reception. At 13.45 we entered the small restaurant with few seats and hoped to have a seat. Open until 14.00. A long-term construction site on the way to Kaiserslautern forced us to a rather large detour. We were the only guests, were warmly welcomed by a young man. Our question whether we get anything else to eat was kindly hunted. So we took a seat in the small, Japanese-style dining room and got the menu. Optic hasn't changed much since our last visit. Everything is clean and well maintained, bare tables. Daylight only illuminates the room. Unfortunately, you can't look outside. . The menu surprised me. She was partly handwritten and so completely different from my memory. Due to the advanced time, we decided very quickly: 2 large mineral water € 2.50 Foreway to crumb: Edamame € 4.20 For both of us: Sushi Menu € 13.80: Miso Soup, 3 Sushi Nigiri, 4 pieces Hosomaki, 8 pieces Uramaki Our drinks came immediately and well cooled. A good portion of the salted soybeans a little later. The hot beans in the bowl were a tasty crackling beforehand. The young man supported a (his? wife in the open kitchen. Here I was able to observe how the Misosuppe was tasted and the lady freshly prepared our sushi. That made all a very good impression. View into the open kitchen The steaming soup with tofu insert tasted mild and yet aromatic according to the Wakamealga. After a reasonable waiting period, our sushi were served. Very appealing. The 3 Nigiri classic with salmon, shrimp and tuna. The “Makis” pefect rolled, very good in taste. Overall a good portion, we were pleasantly tired. There was really nothing to complain about for the price. Sushi Menu The young man was very attentive, but to expect from two guests. In between the question whether everything tastes. Wasabi, soy sauce and ginger were handed down. In the case of numbers, the solution for the significantly different menu. The young Japanese couple only took over the restaurant a few weeks ago. This also explained that some processes have not yet been very routined. Stay to hope that the small restaurant will talk to friends of Japanese cuisine. Despite proximity to the city, it is very hidden in the building complex. Running is not coming over here and not every hotel guest likes Sushi. The toilets belong to Hotel Alcatraz, are modern, very clean and well maintained. Restaurant and toilets are walkable and without stairs."
