"We were looking for a quick bite whilst we waited for the train Drill didn't disappoint. The interior is cool (aircon) traditional, with modern bench seats tables. Outside seating is a huge metal bench seat with small tables chairs, these are in a shaded off the main Rd court yard. We decided on two breakfast baps with OJ, egg hash browns then mushrooms hash brown. They arrived in minutes, fresh, hot very tasty. Hash browns fluffy crispy not saturated in oil. Egg was perfectly cooked. Mrs S loved the mushrooms too. Staf were extremely friendly helpful, the cost was very reasonable all in all a great place to eat. We'd definitely go back for food again."

It would be fantastic if they brought back their delicious sausages and speck balls on the menu.

Really nice warm relaxing atmosphere, ideal for pre and post-theatre experience and excellent staff too . . .

A very pleasant location to enjoy a coffee and a snack. Some good cakes are available! At weekends there is often live music. A great way to support a local theatre!! Pick up a What's On brochure while you're there!

Popped in here as looking for a sandwich for lunch and remembered there was a cafe here, my hubby and me both had the pea and ham soup with a tuna sandwich and cheese with chutney , we both thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and will certainly return . Ver carta

Was attending the beer festival it was very well organised thoroughly enjoyed it. We have attending before but on a Saturday evening but there wasn't much of a choice left so decided to go Saturday afternoon there was lots more availability. Would recommend it but try going earlier to avoid disappointment.

The restaurant offers a variety of vegan-friendly alcoholic drinks for evening shows, including draught Guinness, Thatchers Gold Cider, and a selection of Batemans bottled ales. For daytime dining, there are delicious menu options that are free from animal products. The coffee is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the building has a fascinating history.

choice of food is a bit limited but the cheese on toast is filling and tasty Jacket potatoes have a generous portion of fillings but beware of the salad if you have food alergies as it comes ready dressed..Coffee very pleasent. Small play area with toys for children. Choice of wooden tables and chairs or soft seating and coffee tables.Relaxing atmosphere in keeping with its former use. Good to see the war plaques are retained Ver carta

My friend and I had a great time sipping an Americano and an espresso while sitting in comfortable seats at this bright and airy café. The vegan options were impressive, including a Mexican beanburger, hummus roasted vegetables panini, toasties, a breakfast bap with sweet potato and squash sausage, and a toasted teacake with dairy-free spread. The staff were friendly and it was nice to check out all the upcoming shows, performances, and events.

While staying at a hotel nearby, I found this community hub online and decided to have lunch there. Unfortunately, I arrived after the lunch hours, so I settled for some delicious coffee and cake instead. I was intrigued by the project and enjoyed the lively atmosphere, with regular patrons engaged in conversation. The attached stage and upcoming events seem promising, and I am already looking forward to returning in the early spring during a visit to the city.

"We always have a great meal here. Kine is a little bit different to a lot of restaurants around Lincoln. It totally has it 's own style and vibe. The menu is very compact, with just a handful of starters, mains and deserts. But... That is precisely why I like it. Each option (and I have been 3 times now) is well crafted, full of flavour and just a little bit different AND totally accesible. Everything option feels special, but not intimidating. The battered green beans are incredible, the n 'duja mac 'N ' cheese balls are great, the spiced koftas are full of flavour. The vege options are just as appealing and tasty as the meat options, which for me is an excellent reflection on the creativity and talent of the team. The front of house staff are accomodating, charming, polite and fun and the whole vibe has a bit of the je ne sais quoi about it. For a meal out for a couple, or small group who appreciate good honest and interesting food, I would highly recommend it. Vegetarian options: Great selection of vegetarian meals, which are just as tasty as the meat options. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Key Lime Pie, Crispy Tempura Green, Salted Caramel Macadamia Chocolate Tart, Tempura Green Beans and Roasted Cauliflower Hummus, Ras El Hanout Spiced Koftas Recommendation for vegetarians Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes"
