"The Pessimist is a real gem of a place….. normally, you would expect to find such an amazing wine bar, in Manchester or London, not little old Lincoln! The choice of gin and wines is exceptional and the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. We had vegan nibbles platter which was delicious. You can tell the ingredients were top quality and creatively put together. The atmosphere is chilled and relaxed, and you can tell everyone is having a really great time. We can’t wait for our next visit!"

Did not eat , but the food we can’t wait to try, Host’s and staff knowledgeable and helpful when recommending drinks. Lovely atmosphere and will be visiting again
