"Great modern restaurant. The tasting menu with wine pairings had a wonderful meal with excellent flavors and interesting preparations. Not error-free (at one point the servers lost the way where things were in service and served a dessert wine before the last main dish came, which was a little disappointing). Overall, I would go back absolutely and would not hesitate to recommend Borgia to others."
