Paris has such a wide selection of restaurants offering libanese food and I hav tried a few, but this place is still my favorite - when I lived in Paris and

very good brunch with many options on the buffet. The egg cassolette is no more. a little expensive (38€/pers) but to test at least once. Many Lebanese seem to come here.

eating at liza is the guaranteed to come out. traditional Lebanese cuisine executed with mastery for the greatest pleasure of the client.Servers are smiling. The addition at the end of the meal a bit stings... but we forget it quickly because we go back with the memory of these delicious dishes that we just eat

as the author of one of the recent comments left here, I received this evening my command liza via deliveroo, and it was infamous: hommous without any taste, labne of which one would have thought it was a Greek yogurt perished for 2 months, cold falafels, hard and without flavor. to taste a so-called "author cuisine," we'll go to other restaurants than this one.

For our last evening in Paris, we decided to stick with David Leibovitz's recommendation and ignore the many poor recommendations we saw on some sites; glad we did. Seating and service were both efficient and friendly. We had only 2 entrees, the calamari with roasted red pepper sauce and a salad with the grilled lamb skewers and 5-spice lamb shank; all were superb and the 5-hour lamb shank was amazing. Our host recommend a 2006 Cab-Syrah-Mourvèdre blend, which we thoroughly enjoyed. To end this delightful meal, we enjoyed the mint tea (served unsweetened) and the assorted baklava, which were not overly sweet, as usual, very crisp and the best we've ever enjoyed.
