Bel locale (ma la sala verandata e' un po' fredda), servizio discreto (qualche sbavatura), i piatti molto belli ma talvolta a scapito del gusto, che lascia a desiderare. Non ci tornerei

Professionalità ,materie prime ottime ,gentilezza estrema e cura del dettaglio fanno di questo locale fine e ben arredato una chicca della Valdera dove poter mangiare e coccolarsi sentendosi in buone mani.Consigliatissimo.

posto fuori mano, ma vale la pena una visita o più, lo chef, conoscenza attenta della materia prima si esprime in modo fantastico, il sommelier, non è meno, e poi che dire del barista, favoloso, mate avete piatti degli ottimi cocktail. Tornerò presto

Location curata e ben arredata. Personale qualificato disponibile e all'altezza delle varie situazioni. Pietanze che soddisfano le aspettative. Forse il carré di agnello andava servito più caldo. Lode al ragazzo che ha preparato e servito il cocktail Americano veramente dosato con maestria.

We discovered this wonderful restaurant before the pandemic and finally returned last night. As previously we enjoyed a delicious homemade meal prepared by the gracious chef and co-owner Barbara while her husband and co-owner Fabrizio served us as attentive as ever. Unfortunately four youngsters sitting at a nearby table were unruly, noisy and rude and almost spoiled our meal : certainly not the normal clientele we are used to in this fine restaurant.

Sentirsi coccolati a tutto tondo, cosí definirei la mia cena allo scopiccio. Ristorante con pochi tavoli, attenzione al cliente, cura nei dettagli, piatti sempre serviti alla destra, cordialità. Eccezionali i cocktail, molto ricercati, cosi come ricercati i piatti, non é certo un posto da abbuffate di pappardelle, ma se cercate sapori diversi dal solito, in stile elegante, questo il posto che fa per voi. Se devo trovare un difetto, direi gli stuzzichini accompagnati coi cocktail, avrei optato per qualcosa fatto dall'eccezionale chef, ma non é niente di grave !

Che dire, la chef Barbara Simoncini, non delude mai, ieri sera abbiamo mangiato uno squisito menù degustazione, abbiamo iniziato con una piccola entre’, uno squisito pate’ di fegatini alla toscana, poi un antipasto di lingua in crosta, con salsa verde, crema di topinanbur e salsa teriyaki (fatta in casa); a seguire due primi, tonnarelli tartufo e scampo crudo, ottimo (non fotografato); riso carnaroli, intimino di bietola, salsa di peperoni e calamaro; come secondo petto d’anatra, cipolla e uva caramellata e salsa albufera (realizzata divinamente); per ultimo, ma non da meno la degustazione di dolci, semifreddo al cioccolato, semifreddo al caffè e mousse a gli agrumi.Tutto eccezionale, grazie...

A neighborhood gem, led by Mom, the executive chef, Dad the maitre d' and their son, a pleasant and sweet waiter. Situated in the Tuscan countryside next to an old hotel that is now closed, this sweet neighborhood gem was our destination for New Year's Eve. We had a delightful meal in their cozy dining room, although there was a constant cold draft all through the meal from the kitchen that a small folding divider could not keep out.
