The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the service is excellent.

The atmosphere was lovely, but the food wasn't fresh, and I didn't feel well afterward.

Visited first time as wanted to have Fish Chips. Was not disappointed at all. Fish Chips were absolutely delicious. Will highly recommend. Ver carta

Disappointed went here for their mussels but unfortunately they didn't have any as this is a seafood restaurant so thought they would have plenty in stock.

The mussel deal on Tuesdays is fantastic, but I was somewhat disappointed with the lobster—it can be hit or miss at times. Overall, though, it was still a pleasant meal.

I had another wonderful lunch at Loch Fyne in Chelmsford. As always, the mussels were fantastic, served in a delightful white wine sauce with pieces of bread, which were perfect for soaking up the flavorful juices. To top it off, I enjoyed the crème brûlée—pure bliss! Ver carta

If you enjoy seafood, this is the perfect spot for you. Conveniently located by the river and on the outskirts of the shopping area, the restaurant offers a lovely ambiance. The staff is attentive and ensures you receive excellent service. The food is delicious and beautifully presented.

The waiter initially brought me the wrong starter and didn't replace it before the others at my table had finished their meals. When I told him not to worry about bringing the correct dish, as I didn't want to eat alone, he became defensive. Given this level of service, I won’t be returning.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. My Fiancee and I had our valentines meal at Loch Fyne. The set menu looked very nice and we were looking forward to it as we hadn't been before. The service was awful, slow and no communication whatsoever. The first course arrived promptly but the plates were not cleared for 20 minutes and our mains arrived over an hour and a half into the meal. Desserts were reasonable but we were so fed up that we did not even stay for our final course. My starter was very mediocre and my Fiancees main was extremely poor. Desserts were nothing to write home about. Overall it was very expensive and very poor. We will certainly not be returning which is shame... Ver carta
