"They were very busy and we were old friends meeting up for a meal along with 3 young children. We were kept waiting a long time before being served and the children then became a bit fractious. Normally my friends would eat downstairs where there...is a suitable play area for the children but as I was visisting they chose an upstairs window to view the square. The food when it did arrive was good and the staff were very friendly. Think they were just over busy. Would visit again and recommend normally for families so long as they sit in the right place to keep the young ones amused."

Whoever comes here and wants to eat pizza should be hungry. The pizzas are very large, but extremely tasty. I can only recommend it! However, only 4 stars, as the restaurant was quite full and that at Corona times. Otherwise: Top food, Top service, Beautiful seating.

Very delicious food and beautiful ambience. Unfortunately, had to wait very long until we were served, although it was not excessively full. The appetizers only came after the main foods, which was surprising. It was simply put on the table without words. I hope we got a bad day off : Ver carta

In Dresden too, the SERVICE is great. This is the reason why this is currently our favorite chain with Italian food. Here the guest is at the centre and the pizzas are very delicious! Priceless as everywhere absolutely within the framework. We are looking forward to the next visit to an L'Osteria...

Saturday evening without reservation get the last place. The cellar said when ordering that it takes at least 45 minutes with the food because a lot is going on. It wasn't in a hurry. Food was still there after 30 minutes, overall the whole service was promt. Pizza was delicious as usual in the chain.

Nice. Saßen right next to the kitchen. Great for the kids. Very friendly and attentive service. Unfortunately, we have witnessed the Afd Gesinnten Monday demo, where there were incidents with the left and the police. For the children very exciting. What the restaurant can't do, but maybe you shouldn't go for lunch. Ver carta

Your loved ones, today we celebrated the birthday of Bettina in the L'Osteria in Dresden with the family. A very good and recommended Italian, with a rich range of freshly prepared, delicious typical Italian dishes and desserts. A very large selection of drinks makes the whole thing round. You can sit comfortably outside, enjoy the sun and get used. The staff is friendly and tries to fulfill every wish.

We didn't know this restaurant chain yet and were happy to have a table outside despite Corona, summer weather and missing reservation. In the face of the urge, people stood in a long snake, food came after an still acceptable time (about 40 minutes). For the waiting period, however, one was compensated with a really delicious pizza in the diameter of a helicopter landing site. The service was ok and the prices were reasonable.

"Quite disappointed. The prices and past reviews made me believe this was going to be a fine dining experience to remember. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Atmosphere upon entry was awkward, with several waiters and waitresses (including the apparant hostess) passing us by multiple times before we were greeted and seated. After waiting 20 minutes to order our entry drinks we ordered a 4 course surprise menu containing meat and fish respectively, including a wine pairing menu. We were quite curious to see what variety of meats and fish choices the kitchen would come up with in their simplest of surprise menu's. Imagine our surprise when the first course was vegetarian! Don't get me wrong, I definitely enjoy vegetarian meals, but thats everything we didnt order.. The second course, a clear beef soup, was very standard and boring. And I must admit the main course iberico ham with a good pairing red wine was ok. My partners fish main course (the only one of 3, after ordering for a 3 course fish surprise menu) wasnt interesting at all, and had a weird wine choice. Sadly the last course was again mediocre as the full sweet dessert wine overruled the sort of sweet dessert. After the second course the staff stopped asking how the food was, as if they knew it wasnt up to Gault Millau standards. Ordering drinks after dessert was only possible by walking up to the bar ourselves, so no thanks. Even the bill we had to go fetch ourselves at the bar. Even here the staff didnt even dare ask how everything was and if we enjoyed our dinner. All in all: a lot of potential but overall disappointing. Would not recommend"
