Servizio eccellente, menù stagionale che cambia sempre e con ingredienti freschissimi! Cantina per intenditori! Quello in foto è un tortino alla zucca e fontina da ricordare...

Ero al ristorante a metà dicembre, ma ogni volta che siamo in zona è una fermata fissa. servizio impeccabile e cibo squisito, scelto e servito con cura. La trota con avocado e i cannelloni mi conquistarono. assolutamente consigliato.

Locale piccolo ed accogliente, con una bella finestra panoramica su Cogne. Alcuni piatti veramente buoni altri nella media o poco sotto, è il proprietario che serve, è un po' pasticcione e confusionario, ma simpatico. Pochi vini della valle in carta e dei pochi non tutti disponibili. prezzo tuttosommato corretto.

Lo conosco e lo apprezzo per molti anni ed è sempre speciale tornare. Non delude mai. così come essere in montagna ci sono cura e la scelta di proporzioni in e tra gli ingredienti di primario ristorante cittadino. ambiente elegante e confortevole. Non posso scendere nei dettagli, ma questo posto è il migliore per me

È un posto caldo ed accogliente durante l'inverno grazie ad un grande camino installato proprio nel centro del ristorante. Il servizio è molto amichevole, professionale e veloce. Tra i piatti che abbiamo mangiato consiglio soprattutto il risotto con carciofi. Invece la costata Tomahawk non era granché. Invece vale la pena di provare i vini locali anche se giovani. Ver carta

Siamo stati due volte in una settimana in questo locale. La prima volta siamo stati conquistati dall’atmosfera e dalla bontà delle proposte (risotto ai funghi porcini e stinco).La seconda volta si conferma l’atmosfera e l’accoglienza del personale, ma la poca qualità dello stinco si è fatta sentire: non freschissimo, dunque secco. E la notte è stato necessario l’antiacido..Peccato, ma con un po’ più di attenzione si può migliorare ancora.
