"Lunedì pranzo. Saremo li' alle 12.20. Ordinando un drink chiediamo un bicchiere di vino, il cameriere/titolare si allontana senza chiedere quello che volevamo o presentando alternative. torna con una Valle d’Aosta rossa il cui nome non ricordo. Bene, ma... Se volessi qualcos'altro? seguire mio marito ha ordinato un tartaro come antipasto e costole di agnello, mia figlia crepe di grano saraceno con cresta e prosciutto, I fondue valdostana. Mio marito arriva il tartaro, subito dopo il crespelle e la mia fonduta...dopo mezz'ora in attesa di avere le costole. Io e mia figlia avevamo già finito di mangiare per un po' e lui praticamente si trovò a mangiare da solo. Per ordinare il dessert... aspettare ... abbiamo finito saltando dolce e caffè solo per partire. ed era già 14.15 I piatti erano buoni e ben cucinati, ma il servizio non era fino alla stella. stella"

Sempre eccellente. Location tipica, cucina strepitosa con ingredienti locali e servizio attento. Prezzo assolutamente in linea con la qualità dei prodotti. Ci torneremo. Ver carta

very good dinner and eat. our server was helpful in menu selections. large cheese fondue served like French wobble soup and actually had a cauliflower in it. pleasant inner environment with reasonable kovid precautions. reservations recommended.

After a tough four hour hike I stopped in Lou Ressignon for lunch as a friend had recommended it to me most highly. I wasn't disappointed! The restaurant serves traditional Valdostan dishes. The very friendly staff suggested the Seupa à la Vapelenentze and brought me...a lovely glass of wine to accompany it. Wonderful! I will definitely be going back to Lou Ressignon. Ver carta

one of our favorite restaurants during our 1 week stay in valle d’aosta. very friendly staff, a delicious menu and an excellent wine list filled with many local weeps. some favorites were the green gnocchi on bleu d’aoste fondue and black brotkrümel, seupa à la Vapelentze...with fontina dop, grilled New Zealand lamb ribs and a fontina fonduta with polnta, kartoffeln and meat. recommend this restaurant! we look forward to coming back soon!

we ate here two days in a row. the ambiente loved the personal and eating. only a typical restaurant they really liked to find. the greeting was really warm and they looked really good after our son. the polnta with fontina. was excellent and the trout delicious. there was a really solid weeping list and they found a bottle of listing when I mentioned a wee I especially liked from aosta. there was also a good brunello du montecino we really liked. it was really a very good experience and I highly recommend it if they were happy enough to find themselves in the beautiful kogne. greeting, eating and crying they really warmed after a day of ice climbing.

"how can you describe excellence and perfection? I don't know if I can, I try. but if my words in summer doubt, forgive them, or misunderstand them, or I wrote wrong. This is an excellent place. eating here is a fairy tale, but not just for the dishes and the goto they send. please, for the local, for the fact that with my family I felt like at home if not better, well wanted, well recommended, well served, I could not imagine more. so, stay at the hotel back with my family for 4 days (among others also here, place that I recommend, beautiful, clean, served, complete, with a beautiful spa, fabulous rooms, breathtaking view. and decide not to waste time and book for all three nights dinner from them. the reservation is mandatory, they are so good that you do not find a free table, and it is just so seen what they offer. for three nights we try delicious dishes, always different wine every evening, and I have to say great wine, magnificent desserts. polenta is something delicious, we always recommend the wine to match because they are real professionals and can advise you excellently, they are ready and experts. waiting to see the dishes at the table is absolutely reasonable, all arrive together, despite we have always taken 4 different courses, and sweets of great variety and quality. can do their work, both in the kitchen and at the tables. special mention if you allow me to gabriele, very big landlord, kind, competent, was able to entertain the wait, recommend the wine, and always with the ready line. "restaurants in the area offer here rather very traditional regional cuisine of the young chef tries something else. most used products are local and the dishes are not outdated, it is just that there is a bit more creativity, modernity and personality that I think is to applaud. a sweet with curgette flowers came with a wonderful saffron sauce and was very pleasant (I just wished a little more curgettes and curgette aroma in the tete). strozzapreti (sort of the dumplings) were well made and the sweet wobble cream was excellent. a Venison stew with Polnta cream was perhaps a little one-dimensional, but certainly satisfying. the best dish of the evening was a delicate and perfectly cooked (damped) local trout. desserts were tasty and balanced (a crema di cogne' and a yogurt mousse with wild berries), but they were the only two I think are desserts also about bakery and texture, not only creamy Causes', and so maybe a little more could arise in this section in the future. (as always the Tegoline tulips with the mouse were). service was very pleasant in a quiet evening. the wine list could be improved and integrated, but had some good choices. the room is great, and so is the miserable. prices are fair for quality. all in all, I had a very good dinner here with carefully selected ingredients of good quality and an experienced chef at the heart. a few improvements here and there and this nice restaurant, still in its first life year under the current management, could become a top."
