Lubna's - Carta

Ordered maharaja bhuna was lovely. Plenty of meat and good flavour. Service was good and arrived within the hour. Will use them again.

We choose Lubnas every time. The food is always perfect and the service on line and walk-in has always been superb. Friendly, fast and fabulous. Highly recommend.

Ordered on line, told it would be 45min We waited and we waited and we waited And waited The food arrived cold, chewy and congealed with oil Bread warm and rubbery were it had been sweating We will never ever get another meal from this joke of a take away

We have been frequenting this restaurant for years. The owner and staff are wonderful. This place serves the best Indian food in the area, even better than what we've had in Cardiff. The quality is consistently top-notch. We highly recommend the tandoori mixed grill and saag paneer - they are delicious.

We ordered a variety of dishes for delivery to West Aberthaw on a number of occasions. The service has been excellent with a normal wait time from order to delivery of just over an hour. The food has been consistently good and the portion sizes have been very generous. Highly recommended as an Indian Takeaway. Try the biryanis which are excellent. Ver carta

The service at this restaurant was terrible. It was the worst takeout experience I have ever had. The food was cold and the chicken was undercooked. Additionally, the service was awful. The person on the phone was rude, disrespectful, and even talked about me in another language that I could understand. I do not recommend this place as it completely ruined my evening.

The food from here is pretty good however, the service is absolutely disgraceful. This takeaway who’s job it is to deliver food in the time they state when ordered is a complete lie. Twice now we have ordered and the food has been so late we could have ordered from somewhere else, eaten and got hungry again before the food arrived. The restaurant clearly don’t give a toss as they offer no explanation except for the obligatory “he has just left”! Absolutely disgusting!

Here’s what just happened: at 8pm I ordered food online. At the end of the order I was provided options on collection time. I chose 8:30pm. I received an email confirming the order and the collection time of 8:30. At 8:35 I called to find out if the food was ready. The employees said “it will be ready in 15-20 minutes” (meaning they were just about to start cooking it). I told him about my online order and he first said “well we’re not fast food so how can I have food ready in 5 minutes?” I again explained that I was provided the option of times and shouldn’t have been given 8:30 as an option if it wasn’t doable and his response: “well you need to come to the shop and find out”.
