Curry sauce, rice chips were fine but chop suey roll was absolutely disgusting burnt stunk!!! Did ring to complain asked if I wanted another 1 (defo not) I wanted them to come get it to see for themselves!! Did offer £3-50 off my next order!! This is the second time we've used Lucky Panda. I have to say the second time (tonight) the food was even better. Hot, fresh, not greasy at all and delicious! Ordered for the first time this evening and I won’t be ordering from here again. Order was wrong, staff were rude, food was chewy and stale (I’m guessing the night before). Was told there would be a replacement sent out for the item they got wrong but never showed. Disappointed after reading good reviews. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

Ordered a few bits for delivery, prawn and pork dumplings (almost turning), chicken balls (overcooked not to say burnt), prawn and chicken on toast (average), chow main (excellent) and fried rice (dry). Absolutely terrible! Normally, you can smell the food before you even open it, but this had no aroma whatsoever. I should have realized it was going to be bad when I was told there would be a half-hour wait for delivery, yet it arrived at my house just 5 minutes later—no joke. The chips were whiter than white, and although I ordered a salt and pepper box, it came with no peppers, no onions, just bland food. Never again—this place has really gone downhill.
