"This was quite the unusual experience. The service in the downstairs restaurant was outstanding, and the food was truly excellent. However, after dining, we headed to the attached nightspots upstairs. Although they are all part of the same area, they have different entrances. Inside, the space was small and dimly lit, and the bar was uncomfortably sticky (enough to peel skin off your elbow)—this really detracted from the visit. On a brighter note, the rooftop terrace bar on the upper floor was delightful and made up for the earlier disappointment. "

I was very disappointed, especially since I specifically visited for the crispy duck salad, only to find out that they didn’t have any. However, the staff were very pleasant.

Can’t afford a holiday this year? Fancy feeling like you’re on a cruise? Book a table at madisons. Jane McDonald style cabaret all night! Average food. Could have so much potential if they had a dj whilst you dine like London/Essex restaurants. So dated, absolute buzz kill.
