"we had a hotel nearby and oopted for Maison Passos' breakfast offer one morning as it was much much cheaper than having the buffet at the hotel. for about 4.30 € one could get a pastry, a hot beverage (we had a so so espresso) and a juice (i had apricot. The place has a wonderful display of patisserie, viennoserie and savoury stuff and its prices are pretty much average for Paris. The only thing we didn't like was that they got our order wrong, so they gave my husband a croissant instead of the Pain au chocolat he requested. I had a think called like a tile or a pavement (can't remember) but it was good, with flaky dough and chocolate chips. a good place to stop by for a sweet or savoury break. we also had some Portugues specialties as a present from a friend from this Maison and they were good as well!"

An average bakery in Paris, good bred, without being great, prices are ok, nice service and a bar that sits some 6 people to sit in and eat what you buy at no extra cost.

Padaria com uma boa variedade de pão, de doces e de salgados.Boa apresentação dos produtos.Fica muito perto da Praça da Bastilha.Penso que os donos desta loja são portugueses apesar das senhoras falarem só em francês.

Wow, bakery in my neighborhood. Tonight I tasted the gougères with cheese, huge and delicious, with crispy and tender crazy. This morning I had spent very early for croissants and chocolate breads, delicious. The best in the neighborhood. We pass in front of this bakery without paying too much attention, I invite you to go home.

We stayed at Hotel le Pavillon Bastille, 65 rue de Lyon, in Paris for 8 days. Breakfast at the hotel was good but expensive, so we decided to explore other options. We came across "Maison Passos - boulangerie patisseried" right near the metro Bastille. It's a lovely little bakery with a superb selection of breads and cakes, croissants, sandwiches plus drinks. They have a breakfast special of juice, coffee or tea and a baked item all for about 4 Euros. Everything is super fresh, the service very friendly; there is a small counter with about 6 spaces to sit and enjoy your breakfast. We ate there 4 days in a row and would gladly return if we are in Paris again.

"the food was super super good!! i had a grilled beef with green lime as starter and it was the best food i have ever eaten in France i have to say!! of course a visit to a Thai restaurant would not be complete without trying their green curry and it was really good as well. i would be going to this restaurant again and trying other menus..a bit on the pricy side but with the fork/ la fourchette discount, it helps to reduce the price a little bit. really that was really a perfect meal i had a fresh coconut drink from the shell itself, a superbly amazing starter, and a very good chicken green curry for the main. If u go in couple, it would be nice to share, as the portion is quite big, and u can order the beef grilled starter, and 2 main dishes to share, and to be eaten with steamed rice, which is the normal way Asians eat at home! the waitresses don't speak english, that was fine for me as i speak a bit of French. even when they don't speak english, i could tell that they are very friendly, and tried to interact with us as much as possible. I am living in France currently and there is some truth when the general says french waitress are some of the worst u can get with their slow service, but this one was definitely different. . Food came quickly and they seem very nice people. I went with a friend as we had a crave for Thai food and after some research from Trip Advisor, we had some options and Im really glad that we chose this (as it has a discount from La Fourchette which was a very good marketingPLUS point for them! it worked for them at least in our case ;) )all in all, U GUYS HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE."
