Food amazing, sushi absolute good, rice is warm. First time eat warm rice sushi. But first time seen will charge 10%service charge.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are really good for the high quality of the food. They even put a candle in our desserts for my husband's birthday! Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience. Ver carta

Went to Maki Ramen Fountainbridge just before the closed for renovations and I was sad. I went back for the first time and boy was I blown out the water!! Staff were so amazingly helpful and kind, couldn’t ask for a better dinning experience! Definitely coming back, believe it

Great food. I have been to several Maki& Ramen restaurants in Edinburgh quite a few times, i really enjoyed having Japanese Ramen in this restaurant in the UK, the noodles, soup base and Japanese Char Siu. We had Hell Ramen and Black Garlic Tongkotsu this time, it was so delicious! Definitely will come again! Highly recommend.
