"We have visited a very good friend in Linden and we have encountered this small but very good restaurant. Not only the kitchen is exceptionally delicious, but also the owner(Manu and the staff are very friendly and fulfill almost any desire. Manu keeps his guests in the mood and cannot take a short conversation at one or the other table, thus creating a special feel-good atmosphere. The restaurant is wonderfully located in the city centre of Gießen, so it is perfect to reach by car, bus and train. Therefore, once again we are in water and hungry: is our first point of contact Trattoria Manu. Thanks for the great hospitality"

I was able to enjoy incredible delicious spaghetti Carbonara today at Manu. Delicious. The ambience, the furnishings and the service convince on the whole. 1 star trigger that the noodles are calculated separately. For example, my dish costs €9.80 plus €2 for spaghetti.
