"The restaurant leaves a somewhat mixed impression. We spent the night at the hotel as part of an event. For lunch there was a daily menu with three dishes. Unfortunately, when we asked, it wasn't possible to get something vegetarian. So my companion had to look for an alternative in the city. The service didn't work at all at lunchtime. There were seven tables occupied. The service consisted of two trainees and an adult waiter. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come and take my order. I complained about this to the adult waiter, who didn't respond to it and didn't even say a word of apology. Unfortunately, the trainees weren't very observant. She walked past my table several times without picking up the dishes from the previous guest or taking the order. The trainees served the food. I wasn't wished bon appetit. When serving, the trainee didn't look at me as a guest, but at the wall. In between, no one came to ask how it tasted or whether they would like another coffee. With all understanding for the training, it was a disaster. Either you use fewer trainees, or the adult waiter has to manage them better. Same picture 45 minutes later when we showed up again for coffee. Three tables were occupied. The dishes from the previous guests were still on five unoccupied tables. We couldn't find a clean table. In the evening the restaurant showed what it can do. Now the professionals were present. The service was quick and friendly. The buffet was varied and delicious. The next day the buffet was really nice to look at, varied and the food was very tasty. Now there was also a vegan alternative. The staff was friendly and quick. High praise can be given to the breakfast. A large and delicious selection gives you a good start to the day."

A very nice restaurant with friendly staff, the breakfast was very rich and tasty, the evening meal was also very nicely prepared, came very quickly and tasted fantastic.

Ate in the restaurant as hotel guests. There was either buffet or a la carte. Buffet looked good, but I ate a veal schnitzel. That was good. The service was very good. Unfortunately the prices are very high for fairly normal dishes.

Das Restaurant ist in die Jahre gekommen, gefühlt in den 60er stehen geblieben. Frühstück Buffet war nicht besonders, der lachsaufschnitt wurd einfach aufs Tablett geschmissen anstatt es ordentlich hinzulegen. Service Mitarbeiter nur selten gesehen. Ver carta

Der Service ist zuvorkommend , das Personal überaus freundlich und das Essen lecker können wir nur empfehlen. Angefangen bei der Reservierung bis zur Bedienung am Tisch eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Klingt übertrieben entspricht aber der Wahrheit. Danke

Bedienung, zwar schick angezogen, aber ansonsten schwacher Service. Auf die Frage nach Kuchen, hieß es, erst um 14Uhr, also in 15 Minuten. Auf die Frage, was , es für einen Kuchen gibt, wusste die Bedienung nur, dass er gerade aufgetaut wird. OKAY, aufgetaut??Stuhlbezüge innen, schmuddelig fleckig, ekelig. Also, brauche ich nicht nochmal
