"My wife and I spent a very nice weekend at the Intercontinental. I am a Platinum Ambassador and was staying in one of the excellent suites during this visit. We were walking by the bar area during the day and enquired if we needed a...reservation. The bartender said not at all, but we could make one if we want. I said yes and he asked my name and room number. When giving my room number, he recognized the we were in one of the Club suites. He took us into the restaurant and even allowed us to pick which table we would like for our reservation. We came down late that evening and our table was ready. The atmosphere in the restaurant is casual and yet elegant. We enjoyed a fine dinner with great service."

I spoke with a local berlin as I was in the hotel. we enjoyed a few great delicious burgers and a good German beer on tap. the bar is obviously dedicated to the legendary diva and singer marlene dietrich. take some time to see the memory of the German walls in the past years!

Staying at the Intercontinental and have been at the bar as well as eaten at the restaurant. Bar is nicely-appointed, comfortable, has long list of cocktails and pleasant staff. Quirky music selections by American standards, lots of images of Marlene Dietrich including reproduction movie posters,...etc.

This cool bar in the Intercontinental Hotel pays tribute to Marlene Dietrich. Both inside and out you get the sense all the cool kids hang out here (if it is a bit older crowd) The snack tray of olives, prosciutto and nuts is a classy...start to indulging in custom cocktails. Don't try to save money if you go, it's upper end.

My wife and I stopped off here for a drink. We were there for probably an hour, around half of which was spent waiting for service. The staff were very polite, but didn't seem particularly interested in serving us. When my wife tried to go...inside to use the toilet, she couldn't open the door. In the end we gave up and left.

Really enjoyed this place there were of us for dinner and service was amazing. Food excellent, good choice of Mediterranean/ German dishes. Reasonably priced too, and wine is a bargain given the quality. roreo arneis is cheaper than you find in italy....Dining room is off the bar, bar is cool too. Couldn’t fault it, and given we were a large table this is unusual. It’s a smart restaurant and bar attached to a smart hotel but restaurant has its own charm. We all loved it.
