Great Service and delicious food! The location is in a quaint tiny town. They have every Guinness Poster ever it's pretty cool. GOT Fans they have a door!!!!

Very nice lunch indeed. Opted for the Guinness and Steak pie with champ and veg and it was delicious. Steak melted in your mouth and was very tasty. My partner went for the goujons and garlic chips which were also polished off. Meal and drinks were as good a price as you would get anywhere else. Will return and recommend

We were staying in the village and decided to have dinner at this restaurant because we didn't want to drive far. Our expectations were not very high, but we were just hoping for a decent pub pie and chips in a nice atmosphere. To our pleasant surprise, we ended up enjoying a delicious two-course meal for six of us, served flawlessly by the super friendly Siobhan, at a very reasonable price. It was the best dining experience we've had in a while.

This lovely inn is full of charm that is difficult to capture in words. Mary's restaurant was simply fantastic and we were lucky enough to snag a table for four early in the evening. The lamb with samphire was delicious, as well as the fish appetizer, and the dessert was exceptional. The servery in the hallway leading upstairs had a classic feel. The staff were friendly and the Game of Thrones blue door was the cherry on top of a wonderful experience.

This restaurant was a pleasant change from the one downstairs. No disrespect to the other place, it was lovely, but this one was much better and perfect for a birthday celebration. If you plan on going, make sure to book a table early as they fill up fast. I had the fish, as the guest chef is known for their expertise in seafood, while my Dad raved about the lamb. My mom thought the champ could have used more onions, but it still brought back special memories for her, so she enjoyed it anyway.

Most of the bar staff are incredibly helpful however I ordered drinks at the time of last orders and spent about 10 minutes afterwards gathering ffriends in a busy bar to come and take the drink that I had ordered, only to hear that one of the owners had poured two untouched drinks away. Followed by 10/15 minutes of belittling by said person after which I was able to get a full refund the drinks that I had just ordered shortly before. Having worked in bars before I was fully aware that this was absolutely terrible service and should not be tolerated. I am a regular to the bar and have never had this happen to me before so you shouldn't let this put you off however I wanted to mark the occasi...
