prenotato un posto al giorno, il club era affollato ma questo non ha ridotto la qualità del servizio. personale competente, amichevole e veloce. cibo decisamente delizioso: tagliere, vino, primo piatto.

only outside parma and worth the visit. eating is excellent. we had to start the parmesanmousse and the tortellini in brodo. both were delicious. we also had the rabbit as a main dish. as delicious as the appetizers. we had the warm cake for dessert. what a tasty bite. make sure they are hungry. the service is also very friendly. I would come back anytime. make sure they book a shadow of the time.

We went here as part of a tour. I was told it was a set menu and I was a little apprehensive being half Italian thinking this was going to cater for tourists. I was pleasantly surprised. I was there as a group of 8....It was 25euros a head. Starter was various meats and breads, then a main of homemade pasta followed by dessert of tiramisu and an espresso. Waitress really friendly food delicious and it included wine too. Would definitely recommend Ver carta

at the latest a november rainy evening advised and wanted to have a hearty dinner. we had a taste of it, but were disappointed by the service and the bill. the highlights: good starter. the average: main courses like rosellina di parma and trippa were good, but not. inspiring yet inventive. actually quite anonymous. the deep: service was inconsistent as a non-local we had to ask to bring parmigiano as a starter to our table. the total price too high for quality and location.

it may seem a slightly unpleasant location for one of the best restaurants in the opposite, but do not let this fool them. great place, classic parmigian cuisine. as starters we had fantastic, beautiful, proscciutto di parma, who were 24 months old. in an opposite. where the ham is excellent, he beat everyone. another starter was the caramelized plank with Parmezan cream. you'll be amazed how good a bevel can taste! next a pasta with funghi and tortellini with ricotta and bietola. very simple dishes, but with Italian food is the magie in the details, the quality of the products....and these two pasta were near the perfection. we were not for the next cure (we were looking for a light lunch)...

only the booking on the phone was a pleasure. When I thought of a hard time, I was told that I shouldn't worry that they would keep the table for us and it wouldn't matter when we showed up. the menu was a problem: there was...not an article that I would not have been happy to try. we thought we had two courses and maybe one dessert, but greedy took over. the service was friendly and fast. the polentina croccante con pancetta was delicious with the speck only gently melt on the hot polnta. the tortelli di erbetta were beautifully rich and perfectly cooked. I had forgotten the passion they have brought to eat in this region! the rosellina del pilastro con patate al forno was simply beautiful,... Ver carta
