Visited the store as I had a voucher for free tulips. However when we got there we were told there wasn’t any left and they couldn’t offer us an alternative which was a big shame. It was a nice clean store with plenty of gift ideas.

A lovely garden centre with a large variety of plants indoors and outdoors but their Christmas area was amazing and it was a good wonder around their shop. There is also a fresh fruit and vegetable shop right next door which is refreshing to see. Defo worth a visit

Bought a bargain David Austin rose great. However we went in the restaurant and one of our party wanted a sausage roll that were piled up on the serving hatch. After queuing we were told we couldn't buy a sausage roll for 10mins. It took about 5 mins to get our two scones and 3 coffees and pay to be told again it would be another 10 mins to buy a sausage roll! Why? Ridiculous. I have emailed as per the reply and received an answer saying this will not happen again. Also a good will gesture this is how issues should be dealt with well done Ver carta
