Now, due to the covid and the ease of going through the drive-thru is so easier to go into the inner as the order lasts longer. in front of a past we went into the McDonald’s, is a bit messy as food that remains on tables, empty tablets and something like that. but that could be the customers' fault. the manager is very helpful because he left a big table at my birthday party. it was very nice!"

Have had a couple of meals from this McDonald’s and both times they have been better than other McDonald’s. It’s great because it has outside seating, so good for social distancing.

I'm absolutely horrified, they didn't offer me a great meal and gave me just raw for drinks! in addition, they did not fill our drinks all the way away, disgusting. (will be breakfast in the morning)

we have just used the Uber delivery of mc Donald’s at benson. while the driver was beautiful and only ten minutes took to reach us, it was cold. it has to sit for a past before the collection because it wasn't even...Luke was warm. I won't buy from here again. absolutely disgusting.

Visit regularly, have complained in the company in the past. Tonight we ordered two meals, chips were horrible, cold, soggy. And to top it all off, we ordered two diet cokes and they said could we wait in the bay for them, after minutes...still no show, are you having a joke. Sort it out.

Living local I somewhat frequent this branch. Confident to say, you have about a one in three chance of your order missing something (for those working there, that is one out of every three orders you give, are wrong. One less than four, one more...than two). Not even on large orders either, unless it's a meal for one, definitely check...

Food is often cold not fresh. Ordered a Vegetable Wrap around It was so so dry, as if the Vegetable selects had been sat out on a tray for hours. Crisp, dry tasteless. All the sauce was at the top of...the wrap too. I’m starting to think that this MCDs is only good for drinks now. Food always seems poor quality Such a shame such a let down

Have decided to steer clear from this MaccyD from now on. Last time my daughter got food poisoning and this time the burger was so thin, dried out and rubbery... clearly not freshly cooked. Then they forgot the sour cream for our chicken bites. I've...noticed that it has got worse and worse as time has gone on. This should be known as old food rather than fast food. The coffee was hideous too!

have just eaten at benson macdonalds and cannot believe that the condition. each container was packed with empty cartons, sauces and serviettes stacked on the floor. the tables were covered to the left over the grinding times and empty tables were not. cleaned from the theke I could see that the kitchen floor had burger and chips that were thrown and abandoned, along with paper revenue. we're in a pandemic! Get her act together, it's disgusting!
